Pfisterer had expected a quick negotiation
After a good two hours of negotiations, Pfisterer puzzled.

The defendant described how the relationship developed.
He and the injured party have known each other for a long time, including from a seven-week stay in a rehab clinic in 2019. They were treated for depression.
Already there there were sexual contacts - it was always only about oral sex - between the two.
"I stayed with her in the rehab room, we disappeared every day at night, there were rumors." In the months that followed, the young woman called him again and again and wrote to him via Whatsapp, there were secret meetings.
“Who took the initiative when it came to sex?” Pfisterer wanted to know.
The defendant's answer came promptly: "At the beginning from her, then from each other."

Then he visited her at home, the 62-year-old admitted. On the evening in question, the two watched a documentary in the living room. She gave him oral satisfaction and went to bed. When he came a little later, she was lying in bed with her legs apart. When he wanted to start oral sex, she told him to stop. He immediately let go of her, got dressed and drove his home. "Since then, there has been no radio silence," said the accused. Four weeks after the incident, a police officer from Passau confronted him with charges of rape. He had long since confessed to his wife that he was 30 years younger than his wife. He also told his therapist about sex outside of marriage.
The public prosecutor struggled for composure and accused the defendant of not having said anything about the "strange relationship" with the police, so that the trial finally came about at all.
“Were you only there to talk and have oral sex?
Were you the paternal friend? ”Puzzled husband.
The Lower Bavarian stated that he wanted to draw a line under the relationship.
“But I never made it.
I wanted to help her. ”His cell phone was confiscated by the court and the police are evaluating it.
Pfisterer hopes to gain insights into the relationship with the 32-year-old through the chat process.
