At about 12:00 noon on Sunday (8th), when officers from the Traffic Department of the New Territories South Region patrolled Kwai Chung Road near Kwai Chung Police Station, they found a motorcycle without headlights turned on and instructed it to stop and search. At the scene, a male driver surnamed Zeng (45 years old) seized a small amount of suspected "ice" with a market value of about 1,500 yuan, and seized a toy gun and an ID card belonging to another person in the car. After investigation, the phone was also exposed. The bicycle was stolen.
The officer then performed a quick oral fluid test for Zeng Nan, and the result was positive. He was suspected of "driving without a license", "hiding drugs", "driving under the influence of drugs", "theft", "taking away vehicles without authorization", " Arrested for possession of imitation firearms, "possession of another person’s ID card", and "driving without third party insurance", he has to be taken to Princess Margaret Hospital; a female passenger surnamed Wu (37 years old) was involved in "taking off traffic without authorization" "Tools" was arrested and is being detained for investigation.
