On Monday around 12.20 p.m., a construction site vehicle hit a traffic sign while maneuvering and tore open the diesel tank, as reported by the fire brigade.
The truck then slid into a device for the gas pipe that had already been excavated.
The diesel ran out of the tank.
The Harthausen fire brigade was on duty with two fire engines and picked up the leaked diesel with an oil binder.
In addition to the roadway, a large area of the driveway of a property was also contaminated with diesel.
