Hundreds of people in England wanted to vent their anger over the corona vaccination campaign.

As reported by the Guardian, among others, the anti-vaccination authorities were apparently planning to disrupt the operation of the BBC's news program.

You accuse the public broadcaster of advertising corona vaccinations.

However, the action is now causing ridicule: the protest march initially marched to a building in which the broadcaster has not been located for years.

According to the Guardian, there are still television studios in the Television Center in the West London district of White City, but these are used by the private broadcaster ITV.

The shows "Good Morning Britain" and "This Morning" are filmed there.

It was initially not known whether individuals actually succeeded in gaining access to the complex.

Videos can only be seen how the London police prevent the demonstrators with numerous forces from storming the building.

According to the police, there were no arrests.

The actual headquarters are miles away

According to the Guardian, some rooms are still owned by the BBC's commercial Studioworks division, but most of them are rented out.

Most of the BBC employees work at the headquarters about seven kilometers away on Portland Place in central London.

The ITV presenter Charlene White, whose gossip talk show "Loose Women" is also being produced in the stormed building, was correspondingly irritated.

"Not sure what the protesters wanted to achieve, but all they found was Jane, Nadia and Penny talking about menopause at Loose Women," she wrote on Twitter.

She thanked the security guards in the building.

The incident took place during a live broadcast of "Loose Women".

Brother of ex-Labor leader Corbyn among the demonstrators

In front of the supposed BBC headquarters, the protesters chanted, according to the Guardian, for example: "Shame on you!"

According to the newspaper, one of the protesters was the brother of former Labor leader Jeremy Corbyn, Piers Corbyn.

According to the report, he appears in a video of the tumult in front of the building and says: "We have to take power from these bastards".

Some of the demonstrators later moved on to the actual headquarters of the BBC, several kilometers away.

Photos show dozens of people in the pouring rain in front of the entrance.

The station, which is generally regarded as the epitome of serious reporting, has been exposed to increased hostility for some time.

It was only in June that the BBC presenter Nick Watt was mobbed by opponents of the corona measures near parliament.

The station did not comment on the latest incident, according to the Guardian.
