President Joe Biden said he respects Governor Andrew Cuomo's decision to resign.
"I respect the governor's decision," Biden said after offering remarks on the passage of his infrastructure bill during a question session in the East Room. "I respect the decision he made," he added.
Biden said he believed the impact would be "solely on Andrew Cuomo and his decision to come to that conclusion," when questioned about how this will affect the Democratic Party.
