Through Reiki and other practices we can evaluate how our
energy is
in each of the 7 most important centers (chakras) of the body.
Being
multidimensional
is in our essence since we came into the world.
Then western culture keeps trying to divide us.
But why go against wise nature?
All our
dimensions
are in constant relationship: the corporal, the mental, the emotional, the social and the spiritual, impact one on the other.
We are used to consulting with specialists who deal with the physical plane and many times we stay there, hopefully we get to work on our mental plane or emotions in therapy.
What about our spiritual dimension?
Our energy has a lot of information about what happens in our
body, mind and emotions

We are energy
The
energy
- also called
Chi, Qui, Prana or Ki
in other cultures - tells us about how we are and also how others perceive us.
That many people cannot see it - although all can develop this capacity with adequate training - does not mean that it does not exist.
And in a pandemic we have already learned very well that although something is not seen, it does not mean that it is not in the air.
Through the imposition of hand, Usui Reiki sends "universal energy" to enhance our energy or vital flow.
This integrative practice, which takes into account all dimensions of being, restores the
free and natural circulation
of our energy flow, unblocking those areas that have lost their way for one thing or another.
The
Reiki
is a Japanese technique originally enhancing self -
realization, spiritual growth and evolution.
We can also think that we are like instruments that are losing that exact tuning to resonate in harmony and that need to be re-tuned like the strings of a guitar.
This "tuning" can be with
internal resources such
as autoreiki, meditation or breathing practices, among others.
Reiki is a technique native to Japan that enhances self-realization, growth and spiritual evolution.

Energy centers and blockages
When our energy is
diminished or obstructed
we can notice different signs and alarms, both in our body and in our thoughts or emotions.
This translates as
discomfort
or a feeling that something is not working well.
It is important to know that we have 7 main energy centers, called
chakras
, which in Sanskrit means
circle or disk
.
Each of them is related to certain systems or parts of the body and emotions.
Knowing about our chakras (energy centers) opens the doors to our self-knowledge and self-care.
The 7 chakras of the body
The
chakras
are gateways that, depending on their location, represent energy in different parts of the body.
They absorb energy, process it and assimilate it according to the vibrational frequency of each human being.
Each one has a
particular
location
,
colors
that identify them and
representations
on the physical and emotional plane.
These seven main centers connect us with the source, with the universal energy.
We share a guide to signs of imbalance and ways to activate energy, from first to seventh.
Each chakra has a particular location, colors that identify them, and representations on the physical and emotional plane.

As the great inventor Nikola Tesla wisely said many years ago: "If you want to discover the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration."
