About a day after Interior Minister Ayelet Shaked referred to the morbidity data in Corona in Israel and said in an interview with News 13 that "one should know how to contain the dead," opposition leader MK Benjamin Netanyahu reacted sharply to her remarks and also criticized Prime Minister Naftali Bennett.

In a video distributed by Likud spokeswomen, Netanyahu attacked: "Naftali and Ayelet, did you go crazy? You said boldly yesterday that your job is to 'contain the dead.' Dear who would have saved a life.We spent seven weeks too much.

"Seven weeks ago, I asked to bring to Israel the millions of vaccines we ordered in advance and paid for. All you had to do then was simply give instructions - bring the millions of doses of the third vaccine to Israel and immediately start vaccinating Israeli citizens, when the outbreak was still in its infancy.

"Bennett, you are wasting precious time and the citizens of Israel are paying the price, the price of high morbidity, thousands of patients and loss of life."

Later, Netanyahu addressed the citizens of Israel.

"I must tell you with concern: there is no one to take care of you. There is no one to take care of your health. There is no one to take care of your life. They do not even come to the corona meetings. Netanyahu.

At the end of the video, Netanyahu returned to the top of the government: "You got off track, go home."
