Rabbi Kook to Rebbe Rabbi Pinto: "The Book of Deuteronomy makes a great noise in the sky"

Tzaddik Rabbi Dov Kook Tiberias unusual sent a letter to the Rebbe Rabbi Pinto, head of the fathers of courts in Morocco. The manuscript is of rabbinic letter to Leah Cook, on behalf of her husband, Rabbi.

Later in the letter, Rabbi Kook referred to the virtue of reading the Book of Deuteronomy that swept the entire Jewish world: "All the people of Israel read the Book of Deuteronomy with love and it makes a big noise in heaven.
A few months ago, Rabbi Kook told his students in reference to Rabbi Pinto's actions and said that "Rabbi Pinto is a holy of holies. You will know that a soul of this degree was born - only once in a few generations."
