"Hong Kong 01" reported exclusively yesterday that a citizen was given two consecutive injections of Forbitux at the vaccination center.
Human Health Medical, who is in charge of operating the vaccination center involved, responded to inquiries about the incident, saying that after preliminary investigation, it was found that the nurse involved had a procedure error and had ceased all duties of the nurse involved.
The doctor on duty has immediately notified the Department of Health and conducted examinations for the citizens involved.
The vaccination center involved is located in the Tuen Mun Yau Oi Stadium and is operated by Human Health Medical.
Human Health Medical responded to the incident, stating that after preliminary investigation, the accident involved a nurse's procedure error, and all duties of the nurse involved have been discontinued.
The doctor on duty immediately notified the Department of Health and conducted inspections and monitoring for the citizen, and then arranged for the patient to be admitted to the hospital for further follow-up. The incident has also been reported to the Department of Health.
Human Health Medical pointed out that it will strengthen the management and monitoring of the working procedures of all medical staff present to ensure safety.

The man has been sent to the hospital for treatment. The medical institution responsible for operating the vaccination center is required to submit a report.
