A 56-year-old from Munich was crushed by a container.
According to the police, the man delivered a ten cubic meter container to a shop.
When he operated the lifting mechanism on the vehicle while unloading, the container began to swing so much that the 56-year-old was trapped between the truck and the container.
The shop staff noticed the accident and called the ambulance service.
The truck driver was so badly injured that he had to be flown by helicopter to a hospital, where he died a little later.
Commissariat 13 took over the further investigations.
According to the current state of knowledge, external negligence can be excluded.
