At around 3:15 am, a man entered a bar in the Belle-de-Mai district, near the city center, "

", and fired on a person, a judicial source told AFP. This person then died of his injuries, according to the marine firefighters. The 7.62mm and 9mm caliber cartridge cases were found on the ground. The shooter arrived on a scooter accompanied by a passenger, said this judicial source.
