Fürth: The driver should have surrendered his driver's license long ago

A police patrol stopped the 27-year-old driver on Tuesday evening because of his abnormal driving style.

It emerged that he would have had to surrender his driver's license long ago because of a final revocation of his driving license.

He had previously reported the license under oath to the responsible driving license authority as lost - wrongly.

The officers seized the document and the man's high-quality car.

Fürth: Drivers are threatened with several preliminary investigations

At the second check-up on Wednesday evening it was found that the man had used drugs.

Blood was then drawn from him.

He is now threatened by several investigations: on suspicion of driving without a license, driving under the influence of drugs and false insurance on oath.
