Occupied Jerusalem-SANA
Dozens of Palestinians were injured today as the Israeli occupation forces suppressed a demonstration condemning the settlements in the villages of Beita and Beit Dajan, south and east of Nablus in the West Bank.
Ma'an News Agency reported that the occupation forces fired bullets and poison gas canisters at the participants in the demonstration, which came out in protest against the occupation's seizure of areas of the two villages' lands and the establishment of a settlement outpost, which led to dozens of injuries.
The villages of Beita and Beit Dajan have witnessed daily demonstrations for several months in protest against the occupation's plans to seize areas of their lands and expand settlement operations.
