The festive church service for the patronage takes place on the Assumption of Mary in the pilgrimage church of Maria Thalheim
Fraunberg - The horticultural association from Maria Thalheim invites you to tying herbs. The meeting point is on Saturday, August 14th, at 3 p.m. in the Dorfstadel. The herb bushes will be handed in in front of the church on Sunday, August 15, in return for a donation. The proceeds will be donated to the flood victims this year. At the patronage festival service on Sunday at 10 a.m. in the pilgrimage church of the Assumption of the Virgin, the 300-year-old restored holy bodies will be unveiled in addition to the herbal bush blessing. The bodies of St. Hilary (1708) and St. Florentino (1753) return to the pilgrimage church on time for the patronage after the two-month restoration in Unterwössen (Traunstein district). They have now been re-installed in their shrines on the front side altars.The restored relics will be unveiled again for the first time during the festive service for the worship of the faithful. - to
