Over the past two days, the Directorate of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection in Daraa has organized 12 catering seizures against violating commercial activities.
The Director of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection in Daraa, Eng. Hamidi Al-Khalil, told SANA reporter that the seizures included violations of displaying irregular purchase invoices and the absence of a plate showing the consumer’s right to exchange and return, and affected various commercial activities such as stores selling clothes, fats and sanitary materials, pointing out that the seizures also included women’s barbershops, violating the lack of Advertisement for hairdressing services allowance.
He pointed out that the consumer protection patrols closed the Samana locality in Daraa for 3 days after seizing expired materials, calling on citizens to report their complaints to deal with them immediately.
