At about 11 o'clock yesterday (13th), a total of 5 industrial units at 146 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong and 448-458 Kwun Tong Road, smashed 5 illegal party rooms.
During the operation, 3 male persons in charge (20 to 35 years old) were arrested on suspicion of violating the Prevention and Control of Disease (Regulations and Instructions) (Business and Premises) Regulations (Chapter 599F) and are being detained for investigation; 1 The 28-year-old male employee was also fined for violating Chapter 599F.
Among them, a total of 10 men and 7 women (17 to 28 years old) customers in 2 units were also fined for violating Chapter 599F for failing to use Anxin to travel or vaccinate; in the other 3 units, there were a total of 9 men and 20 women (19 to 28). A 34-year-old customer, who was suspected of violating the Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition of Group Gathering) Ordinance (Chapter 599G), was also issued a fixed penalty notice.
