The examination of the medical past of the murderer of Father Olivier Maire seems to highlight detection flaws that have not made it possible to avoid the worst.
In the early hours of his custody in the Mortagne-sur-Sèvre brigade, where he presented himself on Monday morning to accuse himself, Emmanuel Abayisenga was sent to the Cholet hospital center (Maine-et-Loire).
