A young man from Mexico revealed the
paranormal experience
he lived when he was a
delivery man
for a delivery company.
His story, told in a TikTok video, traveled the social network.
González explained that
for months he
worked distributing orders for the Rappi company in the city of
Mérida
.
On one occasion, while he was on his work hours, he received a
notification
from the
app
informing him of an
upcoming delivery
to his location.
"It was
nine at night
. I received the notification of a delivery that was a
bit close
and I decided to
accept it
. After that, I put the address on Google Maps and started my journey," @ marcellogonz98 expressed on camera.
Marcelo.

At first,
nothing made him suspect
that something
strange
would happen.
However, he claimed that minutes later his cell phone screen began to
flicker.
Right away, the
order
address
was changed
.
"I assumed that I
had made the wrong street
and that the map (Google Maps) had simply made a
correction
. But without realizing it, the address had
lengthened
for
several more kilometers
," he said.
The young man, who was carrying only a
cupcake
- also known as a
cupcake
- to the indicated address, became
nervous
.
"Suddenly, I was no longer in the city, I was already on the
road
(...) Who ordered a
cupcake
so far and so late
? But since I was already closer to the place of delivery than to return,
I decided to finish the trip,
"he recalled.
Some time later, he came to an
arch-shaped
entrance
: according to González, it was the
entrance
to a
henequen hacienda
-agave crop-.
Apparently these designs are
common
in the area.

"On the map it indicated to me that I
had
already
arrived at my destination
. So I entered the ranch. Going down, I realized that it was
lit with torches
. The ranch was in
very good condition
. There was a stable with horses. I thought I was at a wedding, "@ marcellogonz98 assured.
At the time, the delivery man sent a message to the customer of the order, although he
did not get any response
. "I waited for several minutes until
doubts
filled my head again. Is
this a joke? Are they going to kidnap me
? I had read of cases where orders were placed and people took and robbed or kidnapped.
I was not going to risking my life
for a fucking
cupcake
, so I came back, "said González.
When he returned, the screen of his smartphone began to flicker again.
"The map told me that I was
very far from my destination
. And that I was not going to arrive in time to deliver the order," he said.
This time, he went to the address indicated by the GPS and was finally
able to arrive at the client's house
.

"I explained everything that happened to the client. He
understood
and told me that there was
no problem
. He was struck by the fact that it
took so long
because he
was very close
to where I had started the trip. At the end, they charged me a cost. of the shipment to me and I assumed that it had been an
error of my telephone
and did not give importance to him ", maintained.
After a few months, González hired a group of carpenters to remodel his home. While talking to them, he revealed the paranormal anecdote he experienced. "Once I told them, they did not look
very happy
. They asked me where I had driven. And I replied that it was near an area called
Cholul
."
An
urban legend
says that in the town of
Cholul
, located on the outskirts of Mérida, there is a haunted hacienda:
the same one that
González
visited
that time.
"The place had been abandoned
for years
. But believe me that when I visited it, it was
like nothing:
the painting in
perfect condition
and lit with torches. When I tried to return with my brother, the path was completely
full of plants
(blocked)" .
