Vaccination campaign in Heimenkirch
On Thursday, August 12th, a vaccination campaign (first vaccination) will be offered in Heimenkircher Paul-Bäck-Haus (handicapped accessible) from 4pm to 8pm.
The vaccination is carried out by a mobile team from the vaccination centers in the Lindau district.

BRK Kempten is vaccinating again on site in Buchenberg

As the Oberallgäu district office reports, positive corona cases became known after a high school graduation ceremony at a high school in Kempten.
Accordingly, it was initially a total of five cases, which are at least partially causally independent of each other and only came together at the celebration.
However, after the official celebration, other smaller private celebrations took place, which led to follow-up cases.
A total of twelve cases are now known from this cluster, which in turn had many contacts at private meetings, as well as at football, basketball and volleyball games, according to the district administration.
The around 100 close contact persons of the previously known cases were all identified immediately and are in quarantine.
According to the health department, there are no severe courses of the diseases so far.
At this point in time, the infected are doing well according to the circumstances.
Further follow-up cases cannot be ruled out at the moment, and the situation will continue to be closely monitored.

Quarantine for high school graduates:
The corona outbreak in a holiday resort in Croatia also has an impact on the city of Kempten and the Oberallgäu district.
Several high school graduates from the city and the district spent a few days there as part of a privately organized graduation trip with hundreds of other graduates.
Due to the diffuse and unclear infection occurrence on site in Croatia, the Oberallgäu health department has ordered a fortnightly quarantine for the 20 schoolchildren concerned and thus joined the approach of other affected Bavarian health authorities.
This is reported by the Oberallgäu district office.
Appropriate tests for the presence of an infection with the coronavirus were also ordered for the affected schoolchildren.
So far, no positive cases have been identified.
Due to the ongoing incubation period, those affected still have to go into quarantine for fourteen days.
Unfortunately, these graduates cannot take part in the (today's) certificate awards of two high schools in the district and the city.

Gelockerte Besuchsregelungen im Klinikum Kempten ab 16. Juli:
Ab 16. Juli 2021 werden die Besuchsbeschränkungen in den Klinikstandorten Kempten, Immenstadt und Oberstdorf gelockert und dadurch mehr Besuche ermöglicht:
- Der Zutritt und Aufenthalt für Besucher, Begleitpersonen und ambulante Patienten in den Kliniken ist ausschließlich mit einer FFP2-Maske möglich, die durchgehend getragen werden muss. Aufgrund der Verpflichtung zum durchgehenden Tragen einer FFP2-Maske können Besucher während des Besuchs keine Speisen und Getränke einnehmen. Kinder bis einschließlich 14 Jahre sind von dieser FFP2-Maskenpflicht ausgenommen, hier reicht ein üblicher (medizinischer) Mund-Nasen-Schutz.
- Darüber hinaus gilt das Gebot, nach Möglichkeit durchgängig einen Mindestabstand von 1,5 m einzuhalten.
- Weiterhin werden alle Besucher namentlich registriert und bezüglich ihres Infektionsrisikos befragt. Liegen Anhaltspunkte für eine Infektion mit dem Coronavirus vor, ist ein Besuch nicht möglich.
- Der Zugang zu den Kliniken ist an allen Standorten nur über die Haupteingänge möglich.
- Im Patientenzimmer ist es Besuchern untersagt, sich direkt auf das Krankenbett zu setzen. Ggf. können mobile Patienten das Zimmer verlassen und den Besuch in Aufenthaltsbereichen empfangen. Um den Mindestabstand in Mehrbettzimmern zu gewährleisten, sind zeitgleich maximal 2 Besucher pro Zimmer zulässig.

Impfen in Waltenhofen
Am Donnerstag, 22.07.2021 findet in der Mehrzweckhalle Waltenhofen von

Am Freitag, 16. Juli 2021 von 14 – 20 Uhr kommen zwei Impfteams des Bayerischen Roten Kreuzes nach Wildpoldsried in die Schulturnhalle (Schulstraße 6). .JEDER kann geimpft werden – unabhängig vom Wohnort. Geimpft wird ab 16 Jahren (Minderjährige mit Zustimmung der Eltern). Sie brauchen KEINEN TERMIN. Zur Impfung bringen Sie bitte Ihren Personalausweis und, wenn vorhanden, Ihren Impfpass mit. Sie haben die Auswahl zwischen den Impfstoffen Biontech/Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca. Sollten Sie schon anderweitig Ihre Erstimpfung erhalten haben, können Sie Ihre Zweitimpfung jetzt auch bei uns in Wildpoldsried erhalten. Voraussetzung: Zur Erstimpfung (unabhängig vom Impfstoff) müssen drei Wochen verstrichen sein. Bitte sagen Sie dann Ihren erhaltenen Zweitimpftermin bei der jeweiligen Stelle ab, damit kein Impfstoff weggeschmissen werden muss. Am Mittwoch, 14. Juli, kommt der Impfbus des Landkreises Oberallgäu und der Johanniter Unfallhilfe nach Oberstaufen. Die Immunisierung dort findet auf dem Parkplatz am Kurhaus statt.
Am Freitag, 16. Juli, wird der Bus dann in Immenstadt stehen. Wo genau, ist im Moment noch offen, wird aber rechtzeitig bekannt gegeben.
Geimpft wird jeweils zwischen 13 und 16 Uhr. Die Angebote können ohne Termin wahrgenommen werden und richten sich an alle Impfwilligen über 18 Jahre, die eine Erstimpfung erhalten wollen, bzw. eine Zweitimpfung benötigen. Voraussetzung ist, dass die Mindestwartezeit zwischen Erst- und Zweitimpfung bereits abgelaufen ist. Verwendet werden Biontech und Moderna.
Eine Vorabregistrierung unter www.impfzentren.bayern ist zwar nicht zwingend erforderlich, beschleunigt aber den Ablauf am Impftag enorm.

Impfen ohne Termin in Kempten
Diesen Samstag, 10. Juli, wird es eine weitere Impfaktion mit einem Impfbus in Kempten geben. Dieses Mal hält der Bus am Kemptener Wochenmarkt. Von 7 bis 14 Uhr können sich Impfwillige die Spritze setzen lassen.
Auch im Impfzentrum in der Kaufbeurer Str. 80 ist das ohne Termin möglich, und zwar an folgenden Tagen und Uhrzeiten:

10. Juli 2021, 11:15 bis 13:30 Uhr
10. Juli 2021, 16:30 bis 19:30 Uhr
11. Juli 2021, 10:00 bis 13:30 Uhr
11. Juli 2021, 18:00 bis 19:30 Uhr
12. Juli 2021, 17:15 bis 19:30 Uhr

Sowohl bei der Impfaktion mit dem Impfbus als auch im Impfzentrum ist kein Termin erforderlich. An diesen Tagen werden die Impfstoffe Biontech und AstraZeneca verimpft, für ausreichende Dosen ist gesorgt. Insbesondere Erstimpfungen, aber auch Zweitimpfungen (solange die Zweitimpfung innerhalb der Zulassung erfolgt) können vorgenommen werden. Impfwillige müssen ihren Personalausweis und Impfpass bereithalten. Geimpft wird ab 16 Jahren (nur Biontech) und eine Registrierung unter www.impfzentren.bayern ist erforderlich.
