During a visit to the Junge Union, the youth of the Union parties, in Hesse, Laschet switched to attack mode and distributed tips against competitors from the SPD *, the Greens * and the Left *.
According to Laschet in Gießen, their programs are “not characterized by modernization”.
The Prime Minister of North Rhine-Westphalia considers tax increases, as the parties to the left of the center have in their programs, to be wrong.

If the energy transition is promoted by driving more trains in order to save flights, then it would not be possible to wait 20 to 25 years for railway lines to be approved.
The Greens criticized Laschet for speaking out on the one hand against deforestation locally and on the other hand calling for the faster expansion of rail networks at the federal level.
