Sik Sik Yuen's "Mobile Sports Car" toured Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories to set up table curling to promote sports for all

The Tokyo Olympics came to a successful conclusion, and Hong Kong athletes achieved good results, which together set off a national sports atmosphere.

Sik Sik Yuen held the "True "Play MOBILE" event for four consecutive days, using mobile sports vehicles to tour various places in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories.

There are two innovative activities on board the "Bike around the World" and "Curling on the Table", allowing the public to participate together, play together, and learn about the benefits of exercising.

Sports cars encourage many activities

Sze Sik Yuen has always advocated the Taoist concept of "prevention before illness" and encouraged the public to exercise regularly to maintain physical and mental health. Since 2011, the park has been committed to implementing the "Strength with Proudness" program in the Senior Citizen Center to promote health secrets. Retired people and the elderly arrange physical fitness exercises, and organize health-preserving and health-care activities, hoping that more participants can develop the habit of exercising.

And the "Huaao Sports World" it runs through receiving exercise therapy under the guidance of physical therapists, social workers and fitness coaches, exercises to maintain cognitive ability, delay brain decline, and establish regular exercise habits.

This year is the centenary celebration of Sik Sik Garden. The garden then held the "True "Shoo" MOBILE" activity kick-off ceremony outside Wong Tai Sin Temple on the afternoon of the 12th of this month. Wong Tai Sin Temple Supervisory Institute and Chairman of the Centenary Celebration Event Organizing Committee Lee Yiu-fai also pointed out that under the epidemic, people have reduced to outdoor or crowded places to play.
