The Haifa District Attorney's Office today (Sunday) filed an indictment in the city district court against a resident of the Occupied Territories (64) for committing sexual offenses and violence against his three stepdaughters aged 13, 11 and 16.
The acts were committed over a number of years while the defendant was living with them in the North.
Among other things, he is also charged with committing acts of sodomy, rape and indecent acts as well as assault in aggravated circumstances.
According to the indictment filed by attorney Yael Weishoff, the defendant is the mother's spouse, she has three daughters and a son from a previous marriage, the two moved in together with the spouse's children and the couple had a child together.
Defendant used, on many occasions, to hit two of the girls on the face and body. In one case, he even ordered one of the girls not to go to school, so that he could carry out his plot against her. In some cases, the defendant gave money to one of the girls after he committed the sexual acts on her, and on two occasions threatened two of the girls not to tell about what happened to their mother.
