For the whole of the south, however, “advance information on severe weather before severe thunderstorms” applies from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m.
"The main risk is from locally large hail with grain sizes around four centimeters and occasional gale-force gusts and 110 km / h," reads the storm warning.
In addition, heavy rain could occur.

Only for the Lausitz and Eastern Saxony the DWD predicts another 26 to 27 degrees for the beginning of the week.
Thanks to the cool Atlantic air, the maximum values at the start of the week are between 17 and 24 degrees. It should only get a little warmer towards the weekend. However, things are likely to remain changeable in the north.
