After a gang rape in Pau on the night of August 7 to 8, two 16-year-old teenagers were indicted, reports

They are both monitored by the services of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques departmental council.
The first, indicted for gang rape and forcible confinement, was remanded in custody.
The second, indicted for complicity in rape and sequestration, was left him free under judicial control, specify our colleagues.

As a reminder, around 4:30 am on the night of August 7 to 8, a young 27-year-old woman was found by a passer-by half-naked and in shock in a street in Pau. When filing a complaint, she explained to the police that she had been approached by three men while leaving a bar in the city center at around 1:30 am. Drunk, she was allegedly forcibly taken to an apartment a little further away where she was allegedly raped. The investigation is continuing. Contacted by
