A 27-year-old groom was lightly injured tonight (Sunday) while breaking the glass in memory of destruction at a canopy held at the Rose Garden.
However, the groom did not give up and after being taken to the hospital returned to the canopy and completed the ceremony.
Baruch Greenwald, a volunteer paramedic from the Rescue Union who arrived at the scene, said: "I immediately spoke to the Rescue Union hotline, I explained the sensitive situation to him. The hotline sent an ambulance that took the groom to the hospital and at the same time talked to the Kaplan hospital emergency department.
