Continues to bring us honor:
"Hit and Run", the new series by former "Fauda" star Lior Raz, aired on Netflix only on August 6 and is already considered a huge hit - even in less expected places.
According to data published in recent days on the Flix Patrol website, which ranks the popularity of TV series in a variety of streaming services and content providers, this is the most popular series on Netflix at the moment.
Alongside this, the series entered the list of the ten most watched series / films in 66 countries, including England, Sweden, Romania, Hungary, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Argentina, New Zealand and more.
But the really surprising statistic regarding the much sympathy the series has gained in such a short time, is that it reveals that "hit and run", as it is called in Hebrew, is observed quite a bit in the Arab world as well.
In the first week of its rise, the series was one of the ten most watched in places like Morocco, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, UAE, Oman, Kuwait and even Lebanon.
It turns out that in Egypt, too, the series enjoys particularly high viewing figures.
It also led to the publication of an article in the Egyptian press, which dealt with the way in which the new series, as well as "Fauda," change the stereotypical perceptions of Israelis in the eyes of the Arab public.
The series, which of course also gained popularity in Israel, tells the story of Raz, a former fighter with a confidential security background, who investigates in the United States the circumstances of his wife's mysterious death, and reveals a conspiracy with significant political implications.
