The case for the visits to Olivos that the Justice is investigating begins to set deadlines for the Government. From Tuesday, the executive will have

In the case, the two birthdays of Alberto Fernández and Fabiola Yáñez are already under investigation.

In the complaint, the leaders of Young Republicans assure that there was a meeting of leaders of the Frente de Todos with a party tone, "on December 30, 2020 in the Quincho de Olivos."
The government will have to explain who they were.
The extension of the complaint prompted the prosecutor González to also require details about all the people who entered Olivos both on July 14 and at the end of the year.
"At the same time, indicate whether such persons were exempted from circulating by the Decree of Necessity and Urgency 260/20 in force at that time and who authorized said entry," he said in his last request.
The prosecution seeks to determine if the behaviors reported, "could configure the crimes provided for in Article 205, such as the crime provided for in Article 248 in fine of the Criminal Code, which establishes the typicity of the actions of the official who does not execute the laws whose compliance is incumbent upon him ".
These crimes were those contemplated in the DNU signed by President Alberto Fernández and which governed the entire country, with a quarantine that prevented open businesses, displacement of people who were not considered essential, all kinds of social gatherings, among the most resonant.
With the progress of the case, in Comodoro Py they do not rule out, in any case, that there will be a request for incompetence in the coming days, that is, a request that the case be settled in the federal justice of San Isidro to whom the jurisdiction corresponds of Olivos.
Despite this, the prosecution expects the Government to meet the stipulated deadlines and deliver all the required documentation.
On Friday, the prosecutor González ordered Casa Militar to deliver the requested lists on August 5, and that in the event of failure to respond to said request, the entire non-extendable period of 5 days be sent.
