Fire on the Glentleiten: In the open-air museum in Großweil, lightning struck a haystack on Sunday.
Großweil - Only the charred remains are lying around, nothing more is left of the approximately 80 square meter annex at number 15 in the Glentleiten open-air museum in Großweil.
It burned down completely on Sunday after lightning struck the hay barn.
The flames had already spread to the old farm next to it, but the fire brigades were able to save it.
The financial damage has not yet been determined, the historical one is likely to be immense. Several fire departments from this and the neighboring district moved out to bring the fire under control.
