The scene took place around 7:50 p.m. in a bar in the city of Château Blanc, a so-called "priority" district.
Two individuals on a motorcycle then burst in and shot at a person who was on the terrace.

Two men were seriously injured by bullets: the first, aged 38, is known to the police and was directly targeted, the second seems at this stage to be a collateral victim.
