Venezuela begins in Mexico the path to dialogue between the government and the opposition | Video | CNN

Delegates of the government of the questioned president of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, and of the opposition signed a memorandum to initiate the dialogue, during a ceremony held this Friday in Mexico City.

Maduro and opposition leader Juan Guaidó will not attend this first round of talks, which is expected to last four days.
