5,075 people have been diagnosed in the last 24 hours as positive for the corona virus - the Ministry of Health updated today (Monday).

Last night, 85,503 tests were conducted, of which 6.07% came out positive.

908 corona patients are hospitalized in the hospitals, of whom 519 are in critical condition and 92 are respiratory.

So far, 6,668 people have died from the virus.



We also updated the Ministry of Health that 963,572 people were vaccinated yesterday in the third dose of the Pfizer vaccine from the Pfizer company.

Meanwhile, Interior Minister Ayelet Shaked issued a personal letter to all the heads of the Israeli authorities in which she addressed them to prepare for the Tishrei holidays.

The Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Religious Affairs have announced that they are preparing to assist local authorities and synagogues to hold the holiday prayers, in accordance with decisions made by the government.
