The police said on August 10 they noticed a segment on the Internet about a man riding a suspected electric scooter on the road from Tai Chung Kiu Road in Sha Tin towards Tai Wai, which may endanger other road users. Once convicted, the maximum penalty is a fine of HK$10,000 and imprisonment for 12 months.
