The announcement will be sent to 458 customers in Israel with a focus from production dates 31.01.2020 to 11.03.2020, Puma from production dates 21.02.2020 to 15.02.2021 and Explorer from production dates 30.11.2018 to 31.07.2020.

The estimated repair time is about an hour.

The repair will be done, of course, free of charge at all of Ford's authorized service centers.

For further inquiries, you can contact the service center of the importer Delek Motors.

It should be remembered that as usual in such service calls (Recall) and according to Regulation 306 (a) of the Traffic Regulations, a vehicle owner who does not actually carry out the repair within 6 months, the Ministry of Transport will not renew the vehicle license.

As here under the same regulation,

The vehicle owner will not be able to make a transfer of ownership.
