Fürstenfeldbruck district - Brucker Land invites again to the orchard collection for apple juice in the coming weeks.
In the last year alone, over 150,000 kilograms of apples were picked and handed over to the regional apple juice in the districts of the “Unser Land” network.
The apples came from large and small orchards, but also from individual apple trees in private gardens.
This variety of different apple varieties makes the Unser Land district juice special: unique in terms of fruitiness, sweetness and color.
“Every year I look forward to the orchard collection and of course also to the 'harvest': the Brucker Land apple juice.
The population is always there with full commitment ”, explains Rita Multerer from the solidarity community Brucker Land.
The regional cycle is important to our country. It is all the nicer that the apples from the gardens and orchards of Brucker Land grow, ripen and are harvested in the region, pressed and also bottled in the local wine press. After all, apple juice can be bought in the district - from the region - for the region.
The delivery value is paid at 20 euros per 100 kilograms of apples.
For this, however, the Our Country guidelines must be adhered to.
They ensure the quality of the juice.
The fruit must not have been treated with chemical pesticides and must come from fruit trees in the district.
The apple deliverers confirm compliance with the guidelines with their signature.
Rotten or moldy apples must be rejected, as a single rotten apple can spoil around 2,000 liters of juice.
