84 of 13 August last on "user access to public offices and all buildings open to the public" which provides for the obligation of the Green pass. The provision was adopted by the Head of Regional Civil Protection Salvo Cocina, in charge of the implementing body for the Covid emergency.

"This provision - explains a note from the Region - is part of a broader group of clarifications on the same provision that will be the subject of the 'indications' requested by the Guarantor. The main clarifications contained in the circular of the regional department of Civil Protection concern in particular, the exclusion of the judicial offices and the public security offices and the effective availability of telematic services by the providers, in the absence of which the traditional method remains valid ". Furthermore, it is specified that the measure is addressed "exclusively to users and not also to operators. Already yesterday, President Musumeci had anticipated that, before implementing the measure, a response from the Guarantor would be expected".
