The Secretary General of the United Nations, António Guterres, denounced before the Security Council of the organization that hundreds of thousands of people in Afghanistan have left their homes due to the humanitarian crisis in the country.

According to Guterres, 18 million people - half the Afghan population - are victims of this crisis.
