2021-08-16T19:35:46.847Z

Around Paris, where the health pass is required since Monday in eight shopping centers by prefectural decision, the situation varies

In Paris.

Although below the threshold of 200 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, Paris and its shopping centers of more than 20,000 square meters are now required to claim the health pass.

Eight department stores in the capital are concerned: the BHV Marais (4th arrondissement), the Galeries Lafayette (9th arrondissement), the Italy 2 center (13th arrondissement), Beaugrenelle, (15th arrondissement), Vill'Up (19th arrondissement), the Printemps Haussmann (9th arrondissement), Bon Marché (7th arrondissement), as well as la Samaritaine (1st arrondissement).

In the Hauts-de-Seine.

The So Ouest shopping center, in Levallois-Perret, and the Conforama store, in Colombes, are the two sites of more than 20,000 square meters affected by the prefectural decree of Saturday evening imposing the health pass. The incidence rate is however less than 200 in the department. The Hauts-de-Seine prefecture highlights “a concern for consistency and harmonization in the Parisian conurbation”. The 4-Temps, in La Défense, despite their 141,000 square meters, are not concerned because the center is nested in a multimodal zone including the RER station, metro and bus. Qwartz (86,000 square meters), in Villeneuve-la-Garenne, is for its part considered to be part of the category of “structuring centers for the neighborhood and where there is no alternative in the living area for residents. inhabitants ".

In Seine-Saint-Denis.

12 shopping centers are affected by the obligation to present the health pass. These are Rosny 2 and Domus in Rosny-sous-Bois, Le Millénaire in Aubervilliers, O'Parinor in Aulnay-sous-Bois, Bel Est in Bagnolet, Bel Air in Blanc-Mesnil, Avenir in Drancy, L'Ilo in Épinay-sur-Seine, La Grande Porte in Montreuil, Les Arcades in Noisy-le-Grand, Bienvenu in Villetaneuse as well as the Carrefour de Stains. Even though at Millénaire d'Aubervilliers, essential shops such as a pharmacy are located inside the center, customers cannot access them without a pass.

In the Val-de-Marne.

The health pass is checked at the entrances to the Belle Epine shopping center in Thiais, Aushopping (formerly Perival) in Fontenay-sous-Bois, la Vache Noire in Arcueil, Okabé at the Kremlin-Bicêtre, Quai d'Ivry in Ivry-sur-Seine, Bercy 2 in Charenton-le-Pont, Pince Vent in Ormesson / Chennevières-sur-Marne, but also in front of those of the Ikea stores in Villiers-sur-Marne and Thiais. The Créteil Soleil shopping center is not on this list. The reason ? This 136,000 square meter space is crossed by many travelers using metro line 8 and the surrounding bus lines. One of its entrance doors also gives access to the nearest vaccination center.

In the Val-d'Oise.

The health pass is compulsory in the eight shopping centers in the department: Côté Seine in Argenteuil, 3-Fontaines in Cergy, Ikea in Franconville and Gonesse, Leclerc Modo in Moisselles, Carrefour in Saint-Brice-sous-Forêt, MyPlace in Sarcelles, and the gates of Taverny. "In the department, the incidence rate, constantly rising, is since this Saturday above 200, threshold from which the government asked that the prefects impose by decree the application of the health pass in shopping centers of more than 20,000 square meters ”, indicates the prefecture.

In the Yvelines.

No health pass required at the entrance to shopping centers, recalls the prefecture.

If, however, the health situation were to worsen, 11 places of more than 20,000 square meters would potentially be affected, including Vélizy 2, Parly 2 (in Chesnay), the Carrefour de Montesson and de Chambourcy or even Ikea in Plaisir.

In Essonne.

The noose tightens week after week.

But no health pass for the moment in the nine shopping centers of more than 20,000 square meters in the department, including Évry 2, but it is probably only a matter of days.

In one week, the incidence rate in Essonne rose from 175 per 100,000 inhabitants to 188. At this rate, an order could be taken by the prefect by Sunday to impose the health pass.

In Seine-et-Marne.

While the incidence rate is 198 new cases per 100,000 inhabitants, the health pass is not yet required at the entrance of the eight shopping centers of more than 20,000 square meters affected by the possibility of the measure. That is to say: Val-d'Europe in Serris, Carré Sénart in Lieusaint, Les Sentiers in Claye-Souilly, Carrefour in Villiers-en-Bière, Bay 2 in Collégien, Terre Ciel in Chelles, Les Saisons de Meaux , Carrefour in Pontault-Combault. But the situation could change quickly.
