The La Matanza policemen who were patrolling the area could not believe what they had just discovered.
Inside a car, a man was
raping a 10-year-old girl.
They intervened quickly, and soon learned that -in addition- the abuser was
the father of the minor.
The attack took place at the intersection of Calderón de la Barca Street and Route 1001, in the town of González Catán.
The agents of
the Southern Patrol Command
caught the rapist, a 27-year-old Bolivian national, red-handed and despite the deep shock caused by the scene, intervened on the spot.
"You cannot believe what we saw
," a police spokesman commented hours later to the local newspaper Primer Plano Online, to summarize
the seriousness of the crime.
When they made
their usual rounds
around the neighborhood, the police officers observed suspicious movements inside the parked vehicle, a black Volkswagen Gol, and decided
to go over to see what it was about.
They never imagined the scene they were going to witness;
much less that the rapist was nothing less than the blood father of his
little victim.

The girl was treated at a hospital
The abuser was arrested at the time and the girl was transferred to the
Hospital del Niño
de San Justo, the capital city of the municipality of Greater Buenos Aires.
There, the girl was given assistance and the
health protocol established for rape cases
was applied
, which includes the administration of a prophylaxis kit.
At the same time, a team specialized in these types of cases
located the mother of the minor
and transferred her to meet her daughter.
According to the woman, she was not aware of any episode of abuse by the girl's father.
In addition, as it transpired, he told investigators that the girl and the rapist "were very close."
"Today they left the house because he was going to buy her a pair of sneakers in the center of González Catán," he assured investigators. And he assured that he never had any suspicions of mistreatment or abuse by his partner with his daughter.
The man was brought before the courts and the prosecutor Luis Alberto Brogna, from UFI N ° 3 of La Matanza, ordered his arrest and classified the case as "sexual abuse with carnal access aggravated by the relationship."
The

The Network also aims to avoid controversial rulings such as the one they denounced at the beginning of July 2021, when in Esteban Echeverría, a judge imposed an unusual sentence on a man who repeatedly raped his little daughter for at least two years, and it had been denounced by the mother.
