The new bus route 459 will go into operation from December.
Line 452 also runs on Sunday.
Vaterstetten - On the way from Poing to Messestadt-Ost, the new 459 bus will also stop in Neufarn, Parsdorf and Weißenfeld.
Which is why the municipality of Vaterstetten is contributing a third of the costs for the new MVV regional line, which is to be tested by the end of 2024.
Its operation requires an adaptation of the line 466. It should then connect the route points S-Bahnhof Baldham or Realschule, Gymnasium, Mittelschule, Baldham-Dorf, Hergolding, Weißenfeld and Parsdorf.
The villages are supplied by the 465 and 452 on weekends.
The latter is to be operated on Sundays from December.
At the end of the year, lines 465 and 466 as well as 451 and the 240V school amplifier will stop in front of the main entrance to the grammar school. At the same time, the Bayernboden settlement and the medical center, and at some point the residential area on the property of the former elementary and middle school, will be better connected. In addition, bus traffic is kept out of Verdistraße.
There will be further changes to the bus network in December 2023. Because the operation of the lines 451, 452 and 466 has to be put out to tender again. The 451 is to get one more minibus and so in future will no longer be in the ring, but in the opposite direction every 40 minutes. So you can go to one of the two S-Bahn stations every 20 minutes. Weekend and public holiday traffic may also be possible at the end of 2024. For this line alone, the annual operating costs will increase from 160,000 euros today to 425,000 euros. The municipality expects a share of a maximum of 282,000 euros, currently it is between 80,000 and 112,000 euros. Because the fares cover the operation at most half.
In response to the 451, line 452 will be switched to a uniform route in both directions, from the Vaterstetten S-Bahn station past the town hall, VHS and sports park to Baldham-Dorf, via Hergolding, Weißenfeld and Parsdorf to the Grub S-Bahn station.
Here, too, the community will have to pay heavily.
Line 452 costs around 300,000 euros today without Sunday traffic; from December it will cost around 340,000 euros.
For a new tender, the MVV calculates costs of 470,000 to 530,000 euros.
Both line 452 and line 466, which will stop at Segmüller and in Lerchenfeld in Parsdorf, will then stop at the new elementary and middle school.
In the case of the new tender, attention should also be paid to converting the buses to alternative drives.
What financial impact this will have on the community cannot yet be foreseen.
