"Reduce morbidity and avoid the need to close educational institutions":
According to the new outline formulated by Prime Minister Bennett, Education Minister Shasha Bitton and Health Minister Horowitz, learning in red cities in grades 8-12 will be done frontally if more than 70% of students are vaccinated.
On the other hand, learning in these age groups will be zoomed out in red cities where less than 70% of students are vaccinated.
According to the announcement, "the immunization threshold will include vaccinated, recovering students who have a positive serological (antibody) test result."
The new outline will allow learning in red cities, in contrast to previous assessments that studies will not take place in these localities.
