The Constitution Committee discusses the Green Label regulations and the restriction on leaving Israel Israel today

Two days before the entry into force of the restrictions, the Knesset's Constitution Committee will convene today (Monday) at 09:30 to continue the discussion on the Green Label regulations and the restriction on leaving Israel.

As the government approves further regulations they will be added to the agenda.

Yesterday, the Ministry of Health announced that crowd restrictions will also apply in the event halls - 500 in an open space and 400 in a closed hall.

This is an addition to the guidelines decided on by the Corona Cabinet last week, in which it was decided to tighten the outline of the green character and return the restrictions of the purple character.

The new guidelines will take effect this coming Wednesday (August 18).

The discussion that will take place today in the Constitution Committee will be chaired by MK Eitan Ginzburg, when according to the Green Note regulations until August 20, people aged 12 and under will be exempt from the green note and only the happy daughter will be required to attend events.

It should also be noted that according to the regulations restricting exit from Israel that will enter into force today, they will be removed from the list of countries at maximum risk, to which exit is prohibited - Argentina, South Africa, Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, the United Kingdom and Cyprus.

On the other hand, Bulgaria will be added to the list.

At the same time, the Labor, Welfare and Health Committee, headed by MK Efrat Reytan, which will also convene today, will hold a discussion regarding the Public Health Order regarding the obligation to isolate returnees from any state that is not otherwise defined.

Under the order, which will take effect on August 16, the only countries vaccinated and recovering that will not require isolation are Austria, Australia, Hong Kong, Hungary, Taiwan, Moldova, New Zealand, China, Singapore and the Czech Republic.
