“15-minute city”

tries to solve logistical and demographic problems through the creation of

urban centers

that bring all the basic needs to its inhabitants significantly.

do not require more than 15 minutes

of transfer (in the best case, with sustainable mobility) to go to work, do the shopping, go out to eat and have a drink, go to the park, to the doctor and perform all kinds of procedures.

The modality of this

open competition

, through the Mendoza College of Architects (CAMZA) and the Argentine Federation of Architecture Entities (FADEA), will ensure the presentation of multiple proposals for an optimal result of the idea.

The available land where the project will take place is owned by Dalvian, with an area of approximately
