Tropical depression Grace leaves landslides, floods and houses affected in the Dominican Republic

Tropical depression Grace impacted the southern coast of the Dominican Republic with heavy rains that caused flooding and other damage.

The authorities ordered the mobilization of 1,300 people, at least 84 of them to shelters.

Grace is expected to hit Haiti late Monday, just two days after the 7.2 magnitude earthquake.
