According to Ishenko, there are witnesses who can confirm the incident.

However, it is not known how much money Ghani left behind.

Afghan President Ashraf Ghani: He tried to justify his act

Shortly after his escape, Ghani tried to justify himself and spoke up on his Facebook account: Apparently, the former president had found his act difficult.

In a post that is no longer available, he wrote that his sudden escape wanted to prevent bloodshed.
