Extended Green Character, Purple Character and Gathering Guidelines: Restrictions That Will Go Into Midnight
The restrictions approved by the Corona Cabinet will take effect tonight, in a further attempt to curb the rise in viral morbidity.

The restrictions on the extended green mark and the purple mark will take effect tonight (Wednesday), in another attempt to curb the rise in corona morbidity.
The new restrictions include gathering restrictions, activating a purple label in malls and shopping centers, and expanding the green label to apply to most sectors of the economy.
The Constitution Committee will convene tomorrow morning to discuss and approve the new restrictions, even though they will already be in effect by midnight.
The purple mark will be applied in malls, shopping centers, shops and complexes where public reception takes place, by limiting occupancy by one person per seven meters.
Stores up to one hundred meters in size will be excluded, and the purple mark will not be applied to them.
Places where the character will apply are obligated to control the place with explanations of the instructions, and to appoint a Corona commissioner.

The green label will be expanded and applied to all sectors of the economy, except malls and commerce.
The green mark will be applied from the age of three, which means that anyone who is not vaccinated - including populations who are not yet able to be vaccinated like children - will be required to present negative corona tests.
Due to this, it was decided that ages 3-0 would be exempt, while between ages 12-3 - the tests would be funded by the state, without restriction.
In contrast, children aged 12 and over who have chosen not to be vaccinated will be required to undergo privately funded corona tests.
The places where the green label will be activated include cultural and sports events, conferences and exhibitions, hotels, gyms and studios, pools and country clubs, prayer houses with 50 or more worshipers, halls and gardens, festivals, restaurants, bars, dining rooms and cafes, museums and libraries. Tourist attractions and amusement parks, universities and institutions of higher learning.

In terms of validity of the tests, PCR tests are valid for 72 hours, while speed tests (antigen) are valid for 24 hours.
At the entrance to the hotels it will be possible to present a PCR test, which will be valid for the entire duration of the holiday.
Children aged 12-3 and vaccine engines will be able to perform a PCR test in favor of a vacation at a hotel in Israel or at Home Front Command stations - free of charge.
