The Excellence and Creativity Authority has extended the period for accepting applications for affiliation with the National Center for Excellence for the academic year 2021-2022 in the education directorates in the governorates until the twenty-second of August.

In its announcement, which SANA received a copy of today, the authority indicated that the period for accepting applications has been extended to give students the opportunity to join the National Center for Excellence for the 2021-2022 academic year.

The date of the first stage exams was set on Wednesday 25/8-2021 in the education directorates in the governorates, from ten in the morning until one in the afternoon, while the second stage exams will be conducted according to the governorate on the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th of next September, at the center’s headquarters at Tishreen University in Lattakia.

According to the Commission's announcement, the third stage tests will be held on Thursday, September 9, at the center's headquarters at Tishreen University in Lattakia, from nine in the morning until twelve in the afternoon.

The authority indicated that the names of those accepted to study at the center will be announced within a week of the end of the third stage exams and according to the center's absorptive capacity, indicating that the applicant does not incur any fees or expenses incurred by him in return for his participation in the exams in all stages.

The authority called on those wishing to register in the center to first access the electronic link on its official page on the social networking site Facebook and fill out the attached form.

The authority had set the deadline for accepting applications until the nineteenth of this month.

The National Center for Distinguished Persons was established in 2009 and adopts a different method by giving the scientific curriculum through electronic, cooperative and constructivist education and establishing an evaluation station at the conclusion of each scientific session in addition to its focus on the semi-open curriculum, where the textbook is considered one of the scientific sources for the student to complete it by collecting the rest of the information from the scientific references approved in Center.
