The esteemed musician and Nobel Laureate in Literature, Bob Dylan, is accused of drugging a 12-year-old girl and drinking her alcoholic beverages while sexually abusing her in 1965.

According to reports, the prosecution alleges that the beloved folk singer became friends and forged an emotional bond with the petitioner known as JC, for six weeks.

This is in order to sexually assault the minor.

The 68-year-old petitioner filed the lawsuit on Friday.

She currently lives in Greenwich, Connecticut, USA.

According to her, Bob Dylan leveraged his status as a musician in his 20s, in order to acquire her faith and control it in the run-up to the sexual assault.

According to the complaint, Dylan threatened the minor with violence and left her emotionally scarred and with psychological damage from which she suffers to this day.

JC testified that she suffers from persistent depression and anxiety, which impair her ability to participate in normal activities.

The lawsuit further alleges that the singer sexually assaulted her multiple times, with some incidents taking place at the Chelsea Hotel in Manhattan.

Petitioner is now demanding compensation and putting Dylan on trial for sexual assault and creating emotional distress.

A spokesman for the musician told the Guardian in response that this was a false accusation from 56 years ago, and in light of this Dylan will receive legal protection.
