This weekend, the Frente de Todos presented its list of councilors in the Municipality of Cañuelas with the presence of the pre-candidates Victoria Tolosa Paz and Daniel Gollan, and did so from the facilities of the new farm market to which the Market will soon move of Liniers. The controversy was not long in coming, since
the event was held without the consent of Mercado Agroganadero de Cañuelas (MAG), the driving force behind the project
.
"The visit that the political representatives of the Frente de Todos made last Saturday was organized by the PAC (Polo Agro Comercial), Municipality of Cañuelas and the South Patagonian company, the latter developers who participate in our project. The entire event was organized without neither our consent nor did we have prior knowledge of its execution, "they affirmed from the MAG in a statement in which they repudiated the political use of private initiative.
"Those of us who promote this investment with enormous effort,
we are not supported by any political line
and we are absolutely respectful of the ideas of the other. From this principle of respect it
is our obligation to repudiate and make it clear that we do not endorse or consent to the use of our private enterprise with partisan and political ends
. The MAG is a productive, cattle farm, under no point of view a space with a political character, "they remarked from the MAG board of directors.
