John Ugo's comeback to Israeli football is receding.
As you may recall, the Nigerian connection was supposed to reach a number of days of impression in the ranks of Maccabi Netanya, but at this stage it does not seem that the move will be completed.
In Netanya, they understood that Ugo, who had previously starred for Hapoel Beer Sheva for several years, had not received the second vaccine against the corona virus, and in light of this, he would not be able to enter Israel.
This is in accordance with the relevant guidelines from the Ministry of Health.
At this point, Netanya decided to look for other players for the liaison position, but if there is a change regarding guidelines towards foreigners, it is possible that Ugo's candidacy will come up again.
