The State Attorney's Office today (Tuesday) submitted to the Nazareth District Court a request for an extension to file an amended indictment against Roman Zadorov and to complete the investigative actions.

As mentioned, the Nazareth District Court ordered about two weeks ago that Zadorov be released from prison under restrictive conditions, so that the retrial will take place when he is under house arrest with electronic handcuffs.

The conditions set by Judge Arafat Taha for release included, apart from the electronic restraint, 24-hour supervision and approval of any departure from the house, which will be done under the supervision of an inspector determined by him.
